This Privacy Policy describes how Aura Pilates LLC d/b/a Tribeca Fitness ("Tribeca Fitness," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tribeca.fit, join our waitlist, apply to teach with us, or otherwise interact with us. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide to us

We collect information you submit directly through this site:

Waitlist and membership interest forms: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Instructor applications: first name, last name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle (optional), teaching disciplines, and certifications (optional).

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. We currently use:

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (site analytics)
Meta Pixel (advertising measurement)
TikTok Pixel (advertising measurement)

These tools help us understand how people find and use our site and measure the performance of our advertising.

Booking and payments

When our studio opens, class booking and membership management will be provided through a third-party booking platform. If you create a booking account or purchase a membership, information you provide in that process (including payment information) will be collected and processed by that platform and our payment processor under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card numbers on this site.

How we use your information

To contact you about founding memberships, our opening, and studio updates by email and, where you have consented, by text message
To review and respond to instructor applications
To operate, analyze, and improve our site and marketing
To advertise Tribeca Fitness, including measuring ad performance and reaching audiences similar to our subscribers
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you texts about founding memberships, our opening, promotions, and studio updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Service providers that help us operate: website hosting, form and workflow tools, spreadsheet and data storage, email and SMS delivery providers, and our booking platform when it launches. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) that collect information via the cookies and pixels described above. These partners process that data under their own privacy policies.
Legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Instructor application information is treated as confidential. It is used only for evaluating your application and is not shared outside Tribeca Fitness and the service providers that process it on our behalf.

Your choices

Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
SMS: reply STOP to any text.
Cookies and pixels: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences through Google, Meta, and TikTok account settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To make a request, contact us at max@tribeca.fit. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above: waitlist information until our opening period concludes and any resulting membership relationship ends, instructor applications for the duration of our hiring process and a reasonable period afterward, and analytics data per our providers' retention settings.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
