These Terms of Use govern your use of tribeca.fit, operated by Aura Pilates LLC d/b/a Tribeca Fitness ("Tribeca Fitness," "we," "us"). By using this site, joining our waitlist, or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Tribeca Fitness is a fitness studio currently in development in Houston, Texas. This site provides information about the studio, collects interest in founding memberships, and accepts instructor applications. Information on this site, including planned amenities, programming, pricing structure, and opening timelines, describes our current plans and may change before opening.
Joining the waitlist does not create a membership, reserve a membership, or obligate us to offer you one. Founding membership availability, pricing, benefits, and timing are at our discretion and may be modified or closed at any time. Any membership will be governed by a separate membership agreement presented at the time of purchase, and by the terms of our booking platform.
Submitting an instructor application does not create an offer of employment or engagement, and does not obligate us to respond to, interview, or hire any applicant. Application information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us as described at the point of submission and in our Privacy Policy, including email and, where you have separately consented, text messages. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
You agree not to misuse this site, including by submitting false information, interfering with the site's operation, attempting to access systems or data without authorization, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the Tribeca Fitness name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
This site uses third-party services, including analytics, advertising, form processing, and, once we open, a booking and payment platform. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. When our studio opens, participation in classes and use of facilities will be subject to a separate membership agreement and liability waiver.
This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Pilates LLC d/b/a Tribeca Fitness and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
